Quality Assurance (QA) is a process-centered approach to ensuring that a company or organization is providing the best possible products or services. It is related to quality control, which focuses on the end result. Although these terms are sometimes used interchangeably, quality assurance focuses on enhancing and improving the process that is used to create the end result, rather than focusing on the result itself. Among the parts of the process that are considered in QA are planning, design, development, production and service.
K.S.I. Inc. shall provide field supervision by personally inspecting the security officers at the property at random times so as to assure efficient and quality job performance. A field supervisor shall visit the site and contact each security officer in person at least once during each shift. K.S.I. Inc. shall be responsible for maintaining standards of the security officer's competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity satisfactory to the client.
K.S.I. Inc. shall use due diligence in evaluating the fitness of security personnel for employment and shall conduct a thorough background check on each security officer. No officers shall have been accused or convicted of a felony or any lesser charge involving dishonesty or moral turpitude
